Camila Meza debuts a new hour of music for The Jazz Gallery Commission Series 2018-2019 with a piece called “Portal”. Having recently released a new album on Sony Masterworks featuring a string quartet and a rhythm section, she maintains a deeply layered sound, this time expanding her sonic horizons to multiple voices, harp and electronics.
